Striving to inspire others to lead a life of passion, authenticity, and creativity.

It all began when the 2020 pandemic struck, and like everyone else, I felt stuck. I was trapped in my thoughts, and I did not know what any of them meant. I grew frustrated with my presence, no longer masked by the work and productivity I defined myself by. I was rolling in questions of who I was, who I wanted to be, and whether I even liked either of those people. That’s when I came up with the concept for Meraki, a term I discovered years ago, that inspires me today. It’s a word coined by the Greeks for when someone does something with soul, creativity, or love: putting a piece of yourself into what you do.

The Future Is Yours To Create

The Future Is

Yours To Create

Social media is more than just a space for show and tell. It’s a market and platform that allows people the potential and to establish their own endeavors from the ground up and build a community that connects with their drive and passions. It’s a means that can allow you to break out of the 9-5 and own your life how you want to from wherever you want to. But all of that starts with finding your super power, the unique thing about you, and harnessing that to your advantage rather than silencing it for fear of judgement.

That’s where I come in. If you’re an artist or an entrepreneur or a mix of both then I want to work with you to help you grow the way you’ve always imagined. No more chasing trends, stretching yourself to appeal to a general audience, and burning yourself out to consume and create content. We will begin together in a process of discovering your social media goals, and best ways to reach that that incorporate your superpower. I will plan, curate, and edit content that emphasizes the unique quality you bring to the table through your business or your personal creations. No longer will marketing and content creation feel like a chore because we will be using your authentic presence at the core of your work. No more pushing yourself to be something you’re not. We’re cutting the red tape, and taking ownership of who we are.

With all of that said, Meraki is as just for you as it is for me. It’s the space I wish to cultivate collaborations, genuine discussions and connections that feel true to us and the world we live in. A place to help you, and me, start leading lives that feel honest to ourselves and discovering ways to express it. In my opinion, we’re all creatives because we have the power to feel and experience, but in the grander scheme of Meraki, we should all be striving to put a piece of ourselves into the things we do. So, whether you consider yourself an artist or not, I know you have something to say so I want to work with you, chat with you, and learn from you.

With all the love,

Brielle Melendez

This last year, I’ve incorporated the concept of meraki into my life as my own means of finding compassion for the struggles that come along with discovering who you are. It’s become a practice for me to truthfully, and without judgment, lead my life the way I want to, and continue discovering the different ways that can exist through my own self expression. Social media, surprisingly, has become an outlet I’ve found the opportunity to explore that. I know, I know. Social media is a daunting space riddled with traps for comparison and competition. How on Earth could I have managed to find freedom within that? Well, for one, I had come to see a true opportunity through social media. One that was much bigger than simply looking for likes and follows. I saw a means to genuinely connect with others from all over the world on topics I’m passionate about, something that only inspires me as a creative. The power of sharing as a means of connection has fueled me enough that the prospect of judgement, both from myself and others, has simply become noise. In turn, I’ve been gifted the freedom to say “fuck it” and go about leading my life as truthfully as I can on my socials. It’s a freedom I want to offer to others.
